Natural sourdough leaven (flour and water, no commercial yeast)
Ingredients: New Zealand Wheat Flour, New Zealand Stone Ground Milled Whole Grain Wheat Flour, Water, Iodised Sea Salt, Flaxseeds, Sesame Seeds, Poppy Seeds, Sunflower Seeds, Pumpkin Seeds, Caraway Seeds.
Sourdough takes 36 hours to make. So if you want a Sourdough loaf Wednesday, your order needs to be in by 7 pm Monday.
Monday night for Wednesday, and Wednesday night for Friday.
